COOPERATION BETWEEN THE ARCHIVES OF YUGOSLAVIA AND ALGERIAN EMBASSY IN BELGRADE

On 16 December 2010, Mr Abdelkader Mesdoua, Ambassador of Algeria to Serbia, in the presence of Foreign Affairs Ministers of Algeria and Serbia, Mr Mourad Medelci and Mr Vuk Jeremić, officially opened the new headquarters of the Embassy of Algeria to Serbia. As part of the ceremony, the exhibition of documents "Yugoslav-Algerian Relations", prepared by the staff of the Archives of Yugoslavia, was also opened.

The exhibition resulted from the arrangements made by Mr Abdelkader Mesdoua, Ambassador of Algeria to Serbia, and Acting Director of the Archives of Yugoslavia, Mr Miladin Milošević, during their meetings in the Algerian Embassy on 29 November 2010 and in the Archives of Yugoslavia on 1 December 2010.
