The exhibition "Memorials of World War I in the Archives and Collections of the Archives of Yugoslavia" opened at the Historical Archives of Užice

On the occasion of Statehood Day of Serbia - Sretenje, a joint exhibition of archival documents and photographs from the Archives of Yugoslavia and the Republic Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments, titled "Memorials of World War I in the Archives and Collections of the Archives of Yugoslavia," was officially opened at the Historical Archives of Užice in Užice.

At the opening, speeches were given by the director of the Historical Archives of Užice, Željko Marković, the director of the Archives of Yugoslavia, Dr. Milan Terzić, one of the authors of the exhibition and the author of the expert foreword in the exhibition catalog, Dr. Nenad Laibensperger from the Republic Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments, and the Mayor of Užice, Dr. Jelena Raković Radivojević, who also opened the exhibition.

The authors of the exhibition are Dr. Nenad Lajbenšperger from the Republic Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments, and Dragana Teodošić and Jelena Đurišić from the Archives of Yugoslavia.

In addition to Director Terzić from the Archives of Yugoslavia, the exhibition opening was attended by Dragana Teodošić, head of the Department for Publishing Archival Material and Inter-Archival Cooperation and one of the exhibition’s authors, and Dejan Filipović, archival assistant of the first class.
