The collection of documents "Serbian/Yugoslav-Egyptian Relations 1908–1990" represents the twelfth book in the edition "Documents of the Foreign Policy of Yugoslavia. The collection of documents begins with a report by the Kingdom of Serbia's envoy in Constantinople, Jakov Nenadović, reporting to Nikola Pašić about his efforts to obtain a berat for the appointment of Boško Čolak-Antić as the General Consul of the Kingdom of Serbia in Egypt, dated January 11/24, 1908. It concludes with a note about a conversation between Dr. Borisav Jović, President of the Presidency of the SFRY, and the personal envoy of President Hosni Mubarak, Munir Zahram, head of the Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt, dated September 9, 1990. The published documents testify to the bilateral (diplomatic, commercial, economic, cultural, educational, scientific-technical, and military) and multilateral relations over a period of eighty-two years. The documents are published in their original text, in the script and language in which they were written. The structure of the book consists of: an introductory word, a foreword – an introductory study on diplomatic relations between Yugoslavia and Egypt from 1907 to 1990, documents numbered 1 to 264, a register of personal names, and content list. The collection was edited by Dragan Teodosić and Jelena Đurišić, while the introductory study was written by Dr. Dragan Bogetić, corresponding member of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts.
