The second book of the edition Sources for the History of International Relations 1930-1940, entitled The Reports of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia for the Year 1931 has been published. The book contains 12 monthly reports of the Ministry for the year 1931. The structure of the book consists of: The reports of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (January-December) of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia for the Year 1931 analyze foreign policies and internal situations in particular countries and their relations with the Kingdom of Yugoslavia during 1931. The following countries were reviewed in the basic text: Italy, Albania, Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey, Hungary, Austria, Germany, Rumania, Czechoslovakia, Belgium, Great Britain, USSR, USA, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Switzerland, Holland, Spain, Egypt, as well as the League of Nations. Within the League of Nations, the reports follow the work of Royal Standing Delegation with the League of Nations, the Preparatory Commission for the Disarmament Conference, the Standing International Tribunal Court u the Hague, as well as the following issues: minorities, road and transport issues, refugees, white slaves etc.
