The plan represents the plan of Belgrade before World War II. It shows a detailed inventory of streets in Belgrade and its suburbs. Additionally, the plan displays government offices in Belgrade, such as ministries, as well as embassies, consulates, secondary and vocational schools, and the university.

The plan was created by geodetic colonel Nik. V. Kusaković at a scale of 1:12,500. It was produced based on measurements from the cadastral department of the Belgrade municipality, using data from the General Directorate of Cadastre of the Military Geographical Institute and personal fieldwork. Detailed explanations are provided through symbols for factories, brickworks, rivers, parks, orchards, and even public toilets.

The map covers the old part of Belgrade, with a total document width of 80 cm and a length of 90 cm.
