When you start your tour of museums and galleries during the Belgrade Museum Night on May 16, 2009, visit the F Zone (Senjak, Dedinje and Topčider) and the Archives of Yugoslavia. At the Archives building, erected at the Topčiderska Zvezda roundabout by King Alexander I Karadjordjević in 1933, you will be able to see the following exhibitions: Yugoslavia in international relations 1918-1992. and Historical Maps of Yugoslavia. Look at the state we lived in, its borders and changes in the structure of the population.
During the Belgrade Museum Night, you will have a unique opportunity to watch at the video beam excerpts from films on international developments and Yugoslavia’s role in them as well as numerous photographs and documents from the funds and collections of the Archives.
If you plan to come by car, there’s a parking lot available, and if you plan to come on foot, you will stroll under the blooming canopies of the red and white horse chestnuts.
