The International Council on Archives in Radenci entitled Technical and Filed Related Problems of Traditional and Electronic Archiving celebrated this year its 30th anniversary of continual existence. It is quite exceptional for a guild congregation on the territory of former Yugoslavia to be able to boast such a long tradition and continuity of existence. Besides a considerable number of ceremonious manifestations, the International Council presented an opportunity to summarize annual results, but also to present the plans of archival representatives from Brazil, Italy, Rumania, Austria, the Czech Republic, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenia as the host country. Our colleague Branka Doknić, Ph.D., spoke of the new profile of employees of the Archives of Yugoslavia, as a cultural heritage institution.
