On 8 June 2012, by way of the exhibition of archival documents “Jovan Dučić in Diplomacy”, authored by Miladin Milošević and Dušan Jončić, the Archives of Yugoslavia marked for the second time the International Archives Day (9 June), celebrated all over the world since 2008.
In the presence of numerous guests, representatives of diplomatic corps in the Republic of Serbia, Ambassadors of Algeria, Indonesia, Cuba, Slovakia, Minister Advisor in Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina, scholars and representatives from the cultural sphere, as well as representatives of the media from the Republic of Serbia and Republic of Srpska, the exhibition devoted to diplomat Dučić – one of the most important personalities of Serbian 19th century literature, was opened by Acting Director of Archives of Yugoslavia, Miladin Milošević, and Minister of Culture in the Government of the Republic of Serbia, Predrag Marković.
In his opening speech Miladin Milošević pointed out that Jovan Dučić belonged to a modern category of poets – diplomats who were present in particular in French diplomacy between World War One and World War Two. He also stressed that  his diplomatic career that lasted for more than 30 years Jovan Dučić spent in nine countries in 13 missions, ranging from Sophia, Athens, Madrid, Rome, Athens for the second time, Geneva, Cairo, Budapest, Rome again, Bucharest, Madrid for the second time, and Lisabon.  He started his career at the bottom of the ladder, he was a clerk at first, then secretary, advisor, standing delegate, moving on to consul general, chargé d'affaires, envoy, arriving at the very top of diplomatic ladder when he became the first Ambassador in diplomatic history of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. Milošević went on to say that during his diplomatic career Jovan Dučić left invaluable testimonies on numerous events and persons representing the then state, political, diplomatic and cultural elite of the countries he served in and that he was one of the very few foreigners, besides Rabindranath Tagore, who were accepted by the  Literary Club of London.
Minister of Culture Predrag Marković thanked the author of the exhibition Miladin Milošević and the Archives of Yugoslavia for making it possible for everyone interested to find out more about diplomatic activities of Jovan Dučić that the general public is much less familiar with. Thanks to this exhibition, as Minister Marković said, less known but important details from the period of almost forty years of Dučić’s life can be learned. Like Milošević, Marković also pointed out that Jovan Dučić came a long way from a clerk in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the first Serb holding the office of ambassador in the history of Yugoslav diplomacy, investing his fame and reputation as poet, and his wealth of learning and knowledge of several languages, in the best possible way into the service of his home country during the difficult times on the eve of World War Two. On this occasion Minister Marković once again took the opportunity to underline the importance of archives as keepers of archival material, and said that this exhibition reiterates the important role of archives in informing the broader public of more details about previous times and people. 
The exhibition was accompanied by a catalogue with the text written by the author.

Exhibition of the Archives of Yugoslavia "Jovan Ducic in Diplomacy", author Miladin Milošević and Dušan Jončić was opened in the Inter municipal Historic Archives of Čačak on December 8, 2016 and on that occasion the book "Diplomatic Papers" second expanded edition prepared by Miladin Milošević, the Director of the Archives of Yugoslavia published by the Association” Jovan Dučić from Trebinje was presented.

Lela Pavlović, the Director of the Archives of Čačak talked about the exhibition as well as the authors Miladin Milošević and Dušan Jončić.

Jovan Dučić belonged to the group of modern poets – diplomats who were especially present in the French diplomacy between the two world wars. His over thirty years long diplomatic career Jovan Dučić carried on in nine countries and 13 diplomatic missions. He started as a clerk, becoming secretary later, permanent delegate, consul general, charge d’affairs, deputy and reached the highest post in diplomacy becoming the first Ambassador in the diplomatic history of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. He left behind, his diary notes from 1937 during his post in Rome and publication covering those events is under preparation.

Ljubodrag Dimić, Corresponding Member of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts and full professor at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade presented the book "Diplomatic Papers" of Jovan Dučić, second expended edition prepared by Miladin Milošević. He pointed out that the reports of Jovan Ducic from Sofia, Rome, Athens, Madrid, Cairo, Budapest, Bucharest, and Lisbon are authentic testimony from 13 diplomatic missions as well as of his post in eight European countries and one African state.

"Publication itself is not mere contribution to professional knowledge how Yugoslav diplomacy functioned but it also returned to Dučić that part of his life that was for a decades in a shade of his poetry", said Dimić.

The book contains introductory essay on Dučić as diplomat, 196 diplomacy reports accompanied with comments and notes of the editor. It is testimony of very rich diplomatic career of Jovan Ducici that lasted from 1910 to 1941 and was carried on in nine countries and 13 missions.

Within  95^th Šantić’s Evenings of Poetry, exhibition of archival documents Jovan Dučić in Diplomacy was prepared and opened in Mostar. The exhibition was opened on September 23^rd 2014 in Vladičanski dvor and Gorana Strojković, Consul General of the Republic of Serbia opened the exhibition. Jelena Vukajlović, with the fitting words talked about diplomacy of Dučić and his carrier in diplomacy and invited guests to get acquainted with the documents that are preserved in the Archives of Yugoslavia and the National Library of Trebinje

On November 25, 2013 the exhibition Јоvan Dučić in Diplomacy was opened at the National Library "Vuk Karadžić" in Kragujevac.

The exhibition of the Archives of Yugoslavia Jovan Dučić in Diplomacy was opened  in the Museum of Semberia on November 4, 2013 within cultural event "Days of Višnjić" marking 20 years of this cultural event and marking the 200th Anniversary of the Birth of Petar II Petrović Njegoš. Miladin Milošević, Acting Director of the Archives of Yugoslavia, and Lilijana Ratković Trifunović, Deputy Director of the Archives, were present at the opening of the exhibition. Miladin Milošević, Acting Director of the Archives talked about Jovan Dučić.

The second edition of the catalogue for the exhibition Jovan Dučić in Diplomacy was printed in 1,000 copies, as organised by the Primary School "Jovan Dučić" from New Belgrade. The catalogue was consecrated in St. Sava Memorial Cathedral in central Belgrade, Vračar, on 25 September 2013. On the same day, in the presence of pupils and teachers of the Primary School "Jovan Dučić", the exhibition Jovan Dučić in Diplomacy opened at Kalemegdan park, next to the monument to this famous poet and diplomat. 
The occasion for setting up this exhibition at this representative location in Belgrade was the celebration of 55th anniversary of the school, 140th anniversary of Jovan Dučić’ birth and 70th anniversary of his death.
The pupils from "Jovan Dučić" primary school laid the flowers at the monument to Jovan Dučić, and Slobodan Marinković, Principal, Nada Petrović from the Archives of Yugoslavia, and Sub-Dean of St Sava Memorial Cathedral, Protopresbyter-Stavrophor Aleksandar Sredojević, greeted the gathering. The school choir, under the conducting baton of Dubravka Tomić, MSc in theatrology and music teacher, performed the school hymn. This event, dedicated to Jovan Dučić, was also welcomed by the Mirko Bradajić, Director of Water Polo Club Partizan, European champions several times over, and water polo players Đorđe Tanasković and Nikola Tomašević.

In collaboration with the Primary School "Jovan Dučić" in New Belgrade, the publisher "Open Book" and water polo club "Partizan", the exhibition Jovan Dučić in diplomacy was opened at Banjica on 21 August 2013.

The exhibition Jovan Dučić in Diplomacy opened in the Sports Centre "Olimp", which was organised by Primary School "Jovan Dučić" and the Archives of Yugoslavia, as part of the “Belgrade Culture Summer”.

The opening was attended by the representatives of the municipality of Zvezdara, Sports Centre "Olimp", Primary School "Jovan Dučić" and the Archives of Yugoslavia. On that occasion, great lovers of Dučić’s poetry, Bojana Lučić and Predrag Bata Jovanović, recited his poems to a large audience.
The exhibition will be open by 20 August 2013 at the "Olimp".

On 17 July 2013, organised by Primary School "Jovan Dučić" from New Belgrade and supported by the publishing house "Otvorena knjiga" (Open Book),  the Archives of Yugoslavia exhibition "Jovan Dučić in Diplomacy" opened at St Sava’s Plateau in Belgrade. The exhibition was set up to mark 140 years from Jovan Dučić’s birth, 70 years from his death, and 55th anniversary of Primary School "Jovan Dučić" from New Belgrade. The central celebration took place on 29 July 2013, and the RS Ministry of Defence ensemble "Stanislav Binički", under the baton of Pavle Medaković, took part in the program.
The event and Jovan Dučić were presented and discussed by a representative of the municipality of Vračar, Nada Petrović from the Archives of Yugoslavia, conductor Pavle Medaković, and Protojerej Aleksandar D. Sredojević MSc.
The exhibition will remain open at this breathtaking location until 10 August 2013.

On 22 June 2013 the exhibition Jovan Dučić in Diplomacy opened in the gallery of Herzegovina Museum in Trebinje. The opening was attended by Mr Tomislav Nikolić, President of the Republic of Serbia, Mr Nebojša Radmanović, Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and other high officials. Miladin Milošević talked about the activities of Jovan Dučić as a diplomat. 

The Archives of Yugoslavia and Primary School "Jovan Dučić" from New Belgrade organised the presentation of the exhibition Jovan Dučić in Diplomacy, set up at Zemunski Kej (Zemun Quay), next to "Venecija" restaurant on 19 June 2013. In the immediate vicinity of the exhibition, at the stall of the publisher "Otvorena knjiga", Dučić’s books can be bought at affordable prices.
The organisers arranged for "Venecija" restaurant to serve Dučić’s cake.

The Archives of Yugoslavia exhibition Jovan Dučić in Diplomacy opened in Primary School "Jovan Dučić" in New Belgrade on 6 June 2013. The exhibition was opened to mark 140 years from the birth and 70 years from the death of Jovan Dučić, poet and diplomat, and also to celebrate 55th anniversary of the school.
Dušan Jončić, one of the authors of the exhibition, addressed the school staff and School Board members, and the exhibition was opened by Principal of the school, Slobodan Marinković.

The exhibition of archival documents Jovan Dučić in Diplomacy opened in the Cultural Centre of Surdulica. The exhibition was prepared by the Archives of Yugoslavia, and it was set up in cooperation with the Historical Archives “31. januar” from Vranje on the occasion of celebrating 51 years of presence and activities of the Historical Archives in Vranje. The exhibition was opened by Dobrinka Lozanovska Ilijev, Acting Director of the Historical Archives "31. januar" in Vranje, and teacher of literature Mila Stojanov from Surdulica.

The exhibition “Jovan Dučić in Diplomacy”, authored by Miladin Milošević and Dušan Jončić, opened in the Hometown Museum of Župa in Aleksandrovac on 29 April 2013. The exhibition was officially launched by Miladin Milošević, Director of the Archives of Yugoslavia and one of the authors of the exhibition. The guests were also welcomed by Ivan Brborić, director of Hometown Museum of Župa and Dragomir Bondžić PhD, Research Associate in the Institute of Contemporary History. Parts of Chapter 13 of the “Ideology of Yugoslavship” were read by Sanja Đorđević, Curator Archaeologist in the Hometown Museum of Župa, and the poem “Poplars” (Jablanovi) was recited by Vuk Džamić, second-year pupil in the Primary School "Aca Aleksić" in Aleksandrovac. In addition to local residents from Aleksandrovac and neighbouring places, the opening of the exhibition was also attended by Dragan Blagojević, Mayor of Aleksandrovac, Dragan Drašković, Director of the National Museum in Kraljevo and Goran Vasić, Director of the National Museum in Kruševac with associates.

At 1 p.m. on 18 April 2013, the Archives of Yugoslavia exhibition Jovan Dučić in Diplomacy opened in the exhibition hall of the Academy of Sciences and Arts of the Republic of Srpska. Jovan Dučić as a diplomat was discussed by the exhibition author, Miladin Milošević, and the exhibition was opened by the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Srpska Government, Goran Mutabdžija PhD.
Miladin Milošević gave a large number of statements concerning the exhibition and collaboration of the Archives of Yugoslavia and the Archives of the Republic of Srpska, which were covered by TV, radio and the press.
